Hannas awarded the Kotara Homemaker Centre Project

Hannas have recently been awarded the Civil Works Package for the expansion of the existing Kotara Homemaker Centre on the NSW Central Coast.
The expansion of the site will see the development of 22 new commercial units as well as the expansion of the existing Domayne store. The expanded site will have a total building area of 20,000sqm.
To accommodate the development, Hannas will undertake substantial roadworks in the immediate vicinity of the complex including the upgrade of four intersections as well as the construction of a new access bridge. Works will also include expansion of the existing carpark to accommodate over 500 new car spaces.
Works are expected to commence in late April and are due for completion by September 2010.
