Hannas Provide Turnkey Solution At Central Business Park

Following on from the recent completion of the subdivision works at Central Business Park in Enfield, Hannas have recently commenced works on providing a turnkey solution for Global Foods as part of the sale of two lots within the Industrial Subdivision.
At the end of construction, Hannas will hand over to Global Foods a 2,300 square metre, 10m high tilt-up panel warehouse as well as a two storey office facility.
For an organisation such as Global Foods, the turnkey solution has anumber of advantages. Through the turnkey solution Global Foods are able to leverage of Hannas internal experience and knowledge on all aspects of the construction lifecycle, including design, management of consultants, coordination with authorities as well as construction and project management.
