Hannas Continue To Deliver Turnkey Options To Clients

With the successful completion of a 2,300 square metre warehouse for Global Foods, Hannas continue to provide optimal turnkey solutions for numerous clients who have bought from our recently subdivided industrial estate (Central Business Park) at Enfield NSW.
Following on from the Global Foods project, Hannas have recently commenced works on two additional turnkey options for new clients.
Lot 5 sees Hannas responsible for the development of a 850 square metre warehouse for Petrovino, an investment company with a portfolio of industrial investments across Sydney. The warehouse will ultimately have a common wall, allowing Petrovino to occupy one half of the facility and provide them with the opportunity to lease out the second unit as they desire.
The second current project Hannas has undertaken is a 2000 square metre warehouse for Traino Group, one of New South Wales leading concreting companies focusing on commercial, retail, residential and industrial sectors.
Both projects see Hannas responsible for the complete construction process, including design, management of consultants, coordination with authorities as well as construction and project management.
