Central Business Park Continues To Grow

Hannas continues to provide turnkey solutions for numerous clients who have bought from our recently subdivided industrial estate (Central Business Park) at Enfield NSW.
Following on from the Global Foods project, Hannas have recently commenced works on 3500 square metres of warehouse space across Lots 11 and 16 for clients Traino Group and Crosbie Projects respectively. Works for Lot 11include design and construction of a new electrical substation to increase capacity of the end clients requirements. Works for the projects are well underway with Hannas mobilising to site in early November with design and authority consents all complete. Both projects see Hannas responsible for the complete construction process, including design, management of consultants, coordination with authorities as well as construction and project management.
Hannas have completed a number of similar turnkey projects for other clients on site. The benefits of such an approach are numerous but most importantly it allows the purchaser to leverage off Hannas internal experience and knowledge on all aspects of the construction lifecycle.
