Hannas Integrated Management System
Hannas is committed to the ongoing development and improvement of its systems, tools and processes, and has a dedicated team responsible for managing and implementing an Integrated Management System (IMS). The IMS integrates the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental requirement and is certified to the following International and Australian Standards.
- AS4801: 2001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems)
- ISO14001: 2004 (Environmental Management Systems)
- ISO9001: 2000 (Quality Management Systems)
Hannas ensures that all its subcontractors,
consultants and suppliers conform to the requirements of the
IMS and associated protocols.
Tools and processes embedded into the IMS ensure
that the system, and therefore Hannas’ service to its
clients, is continually evolving to meet the business and specific
client requirements.
This is achieved through the application of
continuous improvement, performance measurement and customer
satisfaction monitoring tools at both business and project
level. Hannas also has the ability to integrate with clients’ systems
as required.
